Ingredient Sourcing
Our fish are sustainably sourced from the Pacific ocean. Like commercial-grade sushi, the whitefish is flash frozen at -40C to ensure parasites are eliminated. The produce is sourced from the Pacific Northwest, and our goat milk comes from a family farm in Gaston, Oregon. Food Storage:

Unopened bags can be kept and fed for 12 months. Opened bags should be used within 30 days and stored in a cool, dark cupboard.
